good AC, clean rooms, nice balcony, friendly staff, good location, yummy breakfast delivered to room
Areas for improvement:
the room we paid for on booking wasn’t available upon check in (they did fix the issue but tbh it makes your trip a bit inconvenient) WiFi cuts in & out

Great location, really in downtown Cairo. There are a lot of restaurants and cafés on the street, which makes it really easy to get some good food.
Areas for improvement:
We did the check-in but the TV remote wasn't in the room. It took around 10 minutes to get it.
